(MITCHELL) - A football homecoming hog roast and tailgate party is scheduled at Mitchell High School starting at 5 p.m., Friday night until game time in the parking lot outside Terry Cole Field.
The hog roast meal is $7 in advance or $8 at event, with children in 5th-grade and under $5.
There will be free games for the kids, along with a cornhole tournament, and a dunk tank.
Z102 (102.5 FM) will be broadcasting live on location from the tailgate and will also broadcast play by play of the game later that night.
Mitchell students in grades K-8 can also purchase game tickets at the hog roast for only $3 (those tickets must be purchased at the hog roast).
Participants are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets, and to come support the Bluejackets in their homecoming game against Eastern Greene
