Man Reports Being Hit With BBs And Paintballs

(BLOOMINGTON) - An 18-year-old Bloomington man reported that at 7:47 p.m. Sunday, two men, 32 and 21, opened fire inside his residence with a BB gun and paintball gun after the he refused to tell them where his brother was.

Before leaving the victim's apartment, the suspects took the man's learner's permit, to discourage him from leaving town.

Bloomington Lt. Bill Parker says the victim had welts and pink paint splotches scattered about his upper torso and arms.

Police are still looking for the two men.

Parker says, the suspects live in the same apartment complex, located in the 3300 block of East Longview Avenue.

Parker says police secured a search warrant and found the BB and paintball gun in the suspect's apartment.
