(MITCHELL) - A Vallonia man was arrested after police found him urinating on the door of a truck parked on 8th Street near the old Crawford Morris building in Mitchell, Wednesday night.
According to Mitchell Police Chief Mike Hardman, he found 25-year-old Jason Turnail urinating on the truck.
Turnail was taken to St. Vincent Dunn Hospital after police say Turnail was extremely intoxicated. He tested above .25 on a breathalyzer. The legal limit is .08.
After being checked out at the hospital, Turnail was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and charged with public intoxicating and public indecency.
