(WASHINGTON) - At 1:20 p.m. Friday afternoon, the maintenance man for the apartment building at 106 South East 4th Street in Washington reported a person was in the apartment of a tenant who was currently in jail.
He told police that anyone in the apartment had to have broke in.
Police contacted the tenant at the Daviess County Security Center and were give permission to enter the apartment along with the maintenance man.
There Washington Police found and arrested 20-year-old Jordan Ray Page.
Page was charged with residential entry and taken to jail.
