(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana University officials are calling the summer school discount program a success.
All seven IU campuses offered a 25 percent discount on summer session classes.
The intent was to give students an incentive to move rapidly toward graduation while saving money on their education costs.
President Michael McRobbie says across all campuses summer class participation increased by an average of 3 percent.
Officials say they will most likely offer the program again next summer.
