(BEDFORD) - An employee at Wal-Mart called police after she discovered her cigarette case that contained her money and credit cards was missing.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley the woman called at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday reporting she had put her items on a shelf in an employee area and when she went back to get it, it was missing.
Parsley says the person who took it, used the woman's credit card to buy items at the Bedford Wal-Mart and at three other locations in Martinsville.
Parsley says the woman cancelled the card and police are reviewing surveillance video.
