(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police detectives are investigating a burglary at the First Methodist Church in the 600 block of R Street.
"The pastor of the church arrived around 7:18 a.m. on Sunday and went to his office and found that someone had been rummaging through his office," Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley says. "There was no sign of forced entry to the church."
Parsley says some cash and gift cards were reported missing.
Anyone with information about the break-in is asked to contact Bedford Police detectives.
