(BEDFORD) - 23-year-old Adam Brewer, of Bedford, was arrested after he got into a verbal and physical confrontation with a woman Monday night.
Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig say the fight happened in front of a child and Brewer was charged with domestic battery in the presence of a minor.
Craig says the case has been sent to the prosecutor's office for review and additional charges of intimidation and criminal confinement could be filed.
Craig says the woman suffered minor injuries, but refused medical treatment.
