(BEDFORD) - 23-year-old Stephanie Trambaugh was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated after she crashed her 1998 Volkswagen into a utility pole, early Saturday morning.

According to a Bedford police report, Trambaugh was traveling west on 15th Street and attempted to make a right turn when she hit the utility pole breaking it in half.

The pole then fell on the cab of a 1983 Chevrolet pickup truck owned by Elizabeth Lee.

The pole scraped the full length of the truck as Trambaugh continued to drag the pole another 50 feet before stopping.

She told police she had been drinking and went to make a phone call and couldn't remember what happened.
