Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Charge For Shoals Man

(WASHINGTON) - Just after midnight Wednesday, while patrolling the Cherry Tree Plaza area of East National Washington Police officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with three people inside.

During their investigation police located pills which were identified as a controlled substance.

Two juveniles in the vehicle were released to parents or guardians.

21-year-old Kyle Lee Miller, of Shoals, was arrested and taken to the Daviess County Security Center where he is currently being held on a charge of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
