(BEDFORD) - A joint effort by the Lawrence County Drug Task Force resulted in the arrests of three people at a home on Gasline Road, according to Sheriff Sam Craig.
Officers from the Bedford and Lawrence County Police Departments and Emergency Response Team were serving an arrest warrant July 27th, on 25-year-old Devin Smale, when they discovered signs of possible drug activity.
Police obtained a search warrant and confiscated about a pound of marijuana and paraphernalia.
Smale, was arrested on a warrant for maintaining a common nuisance and two counts of dealing marijuana; 31-year-old Eric Reinhart, of Loogootee, was charged with possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance. 34year-old Florence Strange, of Bedford was charged with maintaining a common nuisance.
