Police Still Looking For Person Who Robbed Mitchell Liquor Store

(MITCHELL) - Police officers continue to investigate the armed-robbery at Lost River Liquor.

Police officers from Mitchell and Lawrence County spent Wednesday afternoon searching for the man, who armed with a .45 long barrel revolver concealed in a Dollar General grocery sack, and walked into the liquor store on Sixth Street in Mitchell and robbed the clerk.

Police were called at 3:20 p.m.

Police are looking for a white man, between 35 to 40 years-old, with blonde hair. The man was wearing a white t-shirt and khakis.

Police spent the evening interviewing several people and searching the area and gathering evidence at the store. No arrest have been made.
