(MITCHELL) - 53-year-old Danny Hamilton, of Mitchell, was arrested after an employee at CVS Pharmacy, in Mitchell, called police reporting an intoxicated man was in front of the store.
According to Mitchell Police Chief Mike Hardman, Hamilton was stopped by police as he walked down Ind. 37.
Hamilton was charged with public intoxication and taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
