(BROWSTOWN) - Anyone interested becoming a member of the Jackson County Melon Festival royal court as a princess is encouraged to attend an organizational meeting on Monday at the Dairy Queen in Brownstown.
The princess contest will be September 8th for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. The event is sponsored by Team Daybreakers and proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society
