(SPENCER COUNTY) - Indiana State Police are trying to determine of the shooting death of a Kentucky man in Spencer County was intentional or accidental.
Officials say 20-year-old Cody Bailey of Owensboro, Kentucky was brought to the Owensboro Medical System emergency room early Thursday morning suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was pronounced dead a short time later.
So far investigators have determined that a group of people had gathered in Spencer County for a social gathering when at some point a handgun was brought out and Baily was shot.
Witnesses are being interviewed and an autopsy is being conducted today in Louisville, Kentucky.
