Four Arrested After Report Of Loud Music And Strange Odor

(BEDFORD) - Four people were arrested after a resident reported loud music and a strange odor in the 200 block of Plaza Drive Sunday at 2:15 a.m.

According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, police went to an apartment and heard the loud music and when a resident opened the door, officers could smell the strong odor of alcohol.

After giving the occupants of the apartment breath test, four people were arrested.

Police arrested: 19-year-old Cody Carpenter, of Bloomfield and 20-year-old Kaeman Hughes, of Bloomington on charges of illegal consumption and two 16-year-old females one from Springville and the other from Bloomfield on charges of illegal consumption and juvenile delinquency.

Both girls were released to the custody of relatives.
