(MEDORA) - A Jackson County vendor will be highlighted at The Indiana State Fair’s DuPont Food Pavilion.
Burton's Maplewood Farms from Medora has transformed maple syrup from just a breakfast side to a gourmet offering.
Tim Burton said the company is working with celebrity chefs and started to age the syrup and using rum and brandy.
The DuPont Pavilion is located near the entrance to the midway and will feature 30 Indiana-made gourmet items.
The State Fair starts this Friday.
