(MITCHELL) - If a pleasant, non-competitive walk is more your dog’s style, then sign up for Bark for Life.
The event is a fundraiser for American Cancer Society. It's set for Aug. 25 in Spring Mill State Park at the Donaldson Shelter. It is a non-competitive walk.
In addition to the walk, there will be games, contests and lots of fun for dogs and people of all ages.
Walk registration begins at 8 a.m., with paw-friendly activities scheduled from 9-11 a.m.
