(MITCHELL) - At 6:21 p.m. Tuesday, the Mitchell Police Department received a call reporting a domestic fight in the 100 block of West Frank Street, involving a child and two women.
Police arrested 34-year-old Candida Emmons, of Paragon, on charges with disorderly conduct and two counts of intimidation of a police officer.
Police say Emmons was taken to IU Health Bedford Hospital to be checked out before taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
