(BEDFORD) - Area small business owners and entrepreneurs are invited to the “Launching Your Own Business: A Sound and Proven Path” workshop from 9-11 a.m. on Aug. 8.
The workshop, conducted at the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce office, 1116 16th St., is being presented by the Small Business Development Center.
The workshop can be your first step toward small business ownership success. Every successful business is built on a solid foundation. The class helps participants evaluate their business ideas while preparing them to create sound business plans, manage expectations and increase their chances of accessing capital.
There is a $25 registration fee, which includes a comprehensive workbook. Pre-registration is required and can be done by visiting www.isbdc.org, by calling (317) 234-2082 or sending an email to fvalentine@isbdc.org.
The Small Business Development Center provides no-cost, confidential small business consulting to the eight counties in the Radius Indiana region.
