Orman Would Not Admit Girlfriend Helped In Murder

Last updated on Monday, July 2, 2012

(SALEM) - Tim Orman, who stands accused of murdering his father and uncle, Timothy M. Orman and Roy Orman, respectively, along with aiding in both murders and invasion of privacy, arrived at the courtroom to enter a guilty plea.

It would have went through but for one problem.

Tim Orman would not admit that his girlfriend, Tammy Spengler, murdered his father or uncle last June, the judge decided he could not accept a guilty plea for the charge of aiding in a murder and declared that the case would go to trial.

Prosecutor Dustin Houchin said the trial date has not been set, but he doesn't anticipate it starting until after July.
