(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana Conservation officers were called to Monroe Reservoir after a fight at Allen’s Creek Saturday night.
Police say a verbal argument turned physical.
26-year-old Joshua Jennings, of Martinsville, jumped from a boat, punching a person swimming in the face.
The victim suffered a large cut on his right eye and other face lacerations and was treated at Bloomington IU Health Hospital.
Police say both men had been drinking.
Jennings was arrested on charged of aggravated battery.
