(MITCHELL) - At 1:15 a.m. this morning, Mitchell Police Department received a call reporting a fight on West Warren Street.
Everyone involved fled the scene.
A woman caller reported at 1:45 am. that the males involved were running down the alley behind the feed store and then East on Warren Street.
In the meantime a male juvenile went to the police station to tell police that he was walking to get a pop from the machine by the Lost River Liquor store, when he saw 2 males jump out of a white truck with ball bats and start yelling at two males in roadway. That is when two of the men being threatened ran and the juvenile left.
Police were not able to locate those involved in the fight.
