Dog Owner Issued Citation After Dogs Attempt To Attack Officer

(WASHINGTON) - On Monday afternoon a Washington woman reported that several large dogs were running loose in the 700 block of Center Street.

The woman says the dogs were trying to attack people that were walking in the area.

When a Washington Police officer arrived one dog tried to attack him through a fence.

The owner of the dog was written a citation.
