(COLUMBUS) - Over the weekend 53-year-old Timothy Cross was killed when he was struck on his moped on National Road near the VFW.
Bartholomew County Sheriff's Major Todd Noblitt says speed, alcohol or drugs are not suspected.
The driver of the car 42-year-old Shannon Franklin of Columbus was not injured.
