(BEDFORD) - Bedford FIre Fighters responded to a grass fire after an aerial firework set the area on Hillcrest circle on fire Monday night.
Battalion Chief Kenny Teague says the fire burned about 40 feet of grass.
He stresses the imporance of using common sense when setting of fireworks, because of the drought conditions and asks residents to attend public displays because of the risk of fire.
