(BEDFORD) - A 10-year-old boy was cited for trespassing after causing a disturbance at Thorton Skate Park Monday afternoon.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, the boy has a history of causing trouble at the park and had signed a no trespass order banning him from the area.
The boy returned Monday and was again causing problems with the other skaters and people in the park, Parsley says.
Police charged the boy with trespassing.
