(BEDFORD) - A motorcycle rider suffered minor injuries in a crash on Ind. 37 at 4:37 p.m. Sunday, according to a Lawrence County Police Department accident report.
Jeremy D. Blackwell, 29, Ellettsville, was riding a 2011 Harley-Davidson on Ind. 37, when he struck a vehicle pulling from the parking lot of Applacres.
That driver, Dale F. Huber, 58, Mitchell, told police he was following another vehicle from the parking lot, according to the report. That vehicle abruptly stopped and then continued through the median.
Huber told police he followed that vehicle and didn't see the oncoming motorcycle that struck his truck at a right angle.
