(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was injured after he was hit by a vehicle while walking with his daughter and her friends in Northside Village trailer court Monday morning.
According to Mitchell Police Chief Mike Hardman, Tony Kesterson was walking with his daughter Latessa Kesterson and some of her friends, when a 2012 Nissan.
Hardman says Tony Kesterson was taken to a local hospital and treated and released.
"We are trying to piece this together," Hardman says. "We have interviewed several witnesses and others involved in the case - one being a possible suspect. We are now trying to determine who is telling the truth and reviewing statements."
No arrests have been made and the case remains under investigation.
