(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Police are investigating a residential entry and threat that happened at a home in the 300 block of McFadden Ridge Road.
According to Lawrence County Chief Deputy Mike Branham, police received a call on late Friday night reporting a man had forced his way into the house and threatened to kill the homeowner's teenaged son.
The man fled before police arrived.
Branham says no one was hurt in the altercation and the incident is under investigation.
