(MITCHELL) - Lawrence County Police officers are investigating an alleged battery at the Spring Mill State Park campground.
Police were called to the campground after a woman reported she was smacked in the face by another woman.
According to Lawrence County Chief Deputy Mike Branham, the family was camping at the campground when the soon to be ex-wife allegedly slapped her husband's girlfriend in the face.
No one was arrested and the case is still under investigation.
