(BEDFORD) - St. Vincent Dunn Hospital is asking members of the community to complete a community needs assessment.
Approximately 3,000 surveys have been mailed to homes and organizations throughout the county. The printed surveys, titled "2012 Community Health Assessment," are also available at the Lawrence County Health Department and at Dunn.
The assessment results will be used to create a plan to better meet Lawrence County residents' health needs. The results will be shared with city and county government agencies, as well as area nonprofit organizations.
