(SPRINGVILLE) - 31-year-old Christopher Cox, of Springville, was arrested after police assisted Child Protective Services on a home visit.
Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig says when officers arrived they noticed a small amount of marijuana growing in the home in the 600 block of Moore Lane.
Cox was arrested on charges of maintaining a common nuisance and cultivating marijuana.
