(SEYMOUR) - A 21-year-old Seymour man accused of robbing a teenager of his bicycle on Saturday evening has been arrested.
"We found him at his residence in the 600 block of East Seventh Street," says Detective Greg O'Brien.
Jesse Stover is accused of confronting a 14-year-old boy at Shields Park, 600 N. Broadway St., at about 6:49 p.m. Saturday.
