(MITCHELL) - A change has been made to the agenda for the Memorial Day service set to take place Monday at 11 a.m. at the flag area in the center of the Mitchell Cemetery.
The speaker for the event was originally supposed to be Jonathan George, but he had to cancel because of a family scheduling conflict. Mayor Gary Pruett will now be the speaker for the service.
Veterans' groups will participate in the ceremony, and the public is encouraged to attend.
