(WEST BOGGS) - Joseph Haseman, of West Boggs, was walking his dog Wednesday morning when he fell and was hit by a car driven by Miranda Searl, of Loogootee.
According to Daviess County Police, Searl was traveling east on County Road 500 North at 7:35 a.m. when she crested a hill and saw Haseman walking his dog.
Haseman was crossing the road, when he fell. Searl's vehicle ran over Haseman's legs.
He suffered fractures and dislocation to his lower leg and foot. He was taken to the Daviess Community Hospital for treatment.
