Man Arrested After Firing Shots At WTWO NBC 2 News Station

(FARMERSBERG) - 24-year-old Trey Bolinger, of Farmersberg, was arrested after police say he fired several shots at the WTWO NBC 2 news station building in Farmersburg.

Employees at the station called police after hearing gun shots outside the building. At first, because of darkness the damage was not noticed, but as daylight broke on Monday morning.

Employees discovered multiple rounds had hit the main entrance door as well a station vehicle and an employee's personal car.

Bolinger is charged with Criminal Reckless with a Deadly Weapon, a Class C felony and Criminal Mischief, Class D felony.
