(DAVIESS COUNTY) - At a reception on Wednesday, the Daviess Community Hospital
Foundation announced that 15 students from Daviess, Martin, and Pike Counties, pursuing Health related careers were awarded scholarships totaling $15,500 in Health Careers Scholarships.
Fifteen $1,000 Foundation Health Careers Scholarships were awarded along with the
Helen Arthur Memorial Nursing Scholarship Award of $500 which was given to a student pursuing a career in nursing.
Recipients of the 2012 Foundation Health Careers Scholarships are:

Taylor Donaldson of Washington.
Rachel Jo Harder of Shoals.
Justine Johnston of Washington.
Hannah LaMar of Loogootee.
Kelsey Lemond of Winslow.
Emily Lengacher of Cannelburg.
Whitney McGillem of Washington.
Alexandra Meyer of Odon
Christina Powell of Loogootee
Ty Ryan of Washington.
Audrey Sheffler of Pike County.
Evan Wadsworth of Washington.
Morgan Whitehead of Washington and Michelle Zipperle of Washington. Zipperle was also the recepient of the Helen Arthur Memorial Nursing Scholarship.
