(LYONS) - A White River Valley Lyons Elementary School student will be presiding over the eighth annual Strawberry Festival.
Caitlin Howell was chosen as the Strawberry Festival Queen because she is the female with the highest grade point average in the Lyons sixth grade class.
"She is a very well deserving queen. Congrats Caitlin," Council member Michelle Emmons said.
