(BUDDAH) - Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig says Jason Carlile, of Bedford, was arrested after a neighbor saw him crawl into a window of a home at 49 Old Buddah Road Tuesday night.
"A neighbor who was watching the home saw a man enter a back window and called police," Craig said. "A short time later another neighbor called reporting they saw a man climbing out of the window and were able to identify the man."
Police arrested Carlile on charges of burglary and he remains in jail this morning.
