Washington Man Jailed After Becoming Inebriated

Last updated on Thursday, April 5, 2012

(WASHINGTON) - Beginning around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, Washington Police began receiving calls from Highland Apartments of an inebriated male who was knocking
on doors, yelling, and making threats.

When police officers arrived they found Andrew LaForce who tested .22 BAC and was charged with public intoxication and underage consumption. Police transported him to his mother's house on Vincennes Avenue in Washington.

Less than fifteen minutes later, City Police received a call from LaForce's mother
saying he had assaulted one person inside the home and was beginning an assault on another.

Police returned to the home and arrested LaForce and transported him to the Daviess County Security Center.

Police say LaForce was in need of medical attention but refused medical help.
