(ORLEANS) - Orleans Town officials are reporting that Patoka Water has a major water leak resulting in the Town of Orleans having to switch its water supply to the City of Mitchell line.
Orleans Town Clerk Robert Henderson said the leak , located in Abbydale, was discovered late Friday afternoon and is having a major affect on Orleans Water users.
The town is asking all Orleans residents to help with conserving as much water as possible until the leak is repaired.
