(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested Sunday after he was caught by police breaking into a vehicle.
Mitchell Police Officer J.D. England arrested 28-year-old Eric Hall on charges of unlawful entry to a vehicle, public intoxication and possession of a schedule II substance.
England was on routine patrol on Fifth Street when he saw Hall smash the window of the locked vehicle.
Hall was arrested without incident.
