(BEDFORD) - 53-year-old David Vest was arrested on a charge of child pornography after police found pictures of naked boys on his laptop computer.
David Vest, who lives at Core Nursing Home, was booked into the Lawrence County Security Center at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday. He was released after posting $755 bond.
According to a probable cause affidavit Vest gave Indiana State Police Detective Chris Carter permission to search his laptop.
During a scan, Carter located photos of naked boy boxing, fighting, standing, wrestling and showering.
In April of 2010, Vest was sentenced in Jefferson County for a charge of child exploitation, according to the Department of Correction. He entered the jail on April 15 and was released 15 days later.
