(BLOOMINGTON) - A detective from the Bloomington Police Department is currently investigating a possible assault outside Night Moves on South Walnut Street.

Bloomington Police Lt. Bill Parker says, management called police Sunday around 3 a.m. after they found a man outside on the ground.

The man told police five to eight individuals had attacked him. The victim was transported to IU Health Bloomington Hospital.

A witness who was sitting with the victim inside Night Moves said he didn't notice anything odd before the attack, but Parker said he identified a possible suspect. Anyone with information is encouraged to call police.
