(NASHVILLE) - Martinsville furniture store owner says he intends to rebuild the Little Nashville Opry after it burnt down in flames in 2009.
Scott Wayman made a minimum bid of just over $57,000 for the property. Before Wayman is deeded the property, the current owner must choose to not redeem the land which has $115,000 in back taxes.
Wayman first made an attempt to purchase the facility back in 2009.
