(ORLEANS) - Dogwood Idol auditions will be Saturday, April 14 from 9-11 a.m. at the Orleans Elementary School.
Contestants are asked to bring their own music and auditions will be on a first come basis, no appointments. The public is welcome to watch auditions.
Ten contestants will be selected to perform during Dogwood Idol on Friday evening, May 4th at 7 p.m. at the stage on Veteran's Way. Dogwood Idol has become a popular event for the festival with a growing number of contestants trying out and crowd attending each year.
