(BEDFORD) - Bedford Public Library, located at 1323 “K” Street, will give away 300 free trees beginning at 9 am on Wednesday, in celebration of Arbor Day.
The library will give one tree per customer until supply is exhausted. The library will have 100 each of Dogwood, Elderberry, and American Plum (a fruit bearing variety).
Meet authors Nellie Chastain and Buddy Hendricks at a book signing at Bedford Public Library from 4 pm - 6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 24th. Copies of their books will be available for purchase and signing.
