(WASHINGTON) - The Washington City Council approved an ordinance changing the zoning map on the U.S. 50 bypass near the I-69 corridor.
The ordinance was introduced at the last council meeting. It will change current PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning to C4 (commercial/roadside business district) zoning on 55.8 acres owned by Tom Graham. Part of the land is already zoned C4.
