(LINTON) - A Worthington man was arrested by Linton police after he entered a home in Linton and got into a fight with one of the residents.
31-year-old Troy Turpin was arrested and charged with battery. Donald Martin told police he heard a knock on the door and when he answered Turpin and two other men entered the home.
Martin told police a fight started between Turpin and Robert Peck. Peck was suffered face and arm injuries.
Then the three men left the home. Police were able to locate Turpin and he admitted that he had fought with Peck and caused Peck's injuries.
